Our basic visit includes:

• Check if the current system meets current General Binding Rules 2023

• Check the size of the current system to ensure it is adequate for the property

• Check if there is any surface water from the downpipes entering the system 

• Check the condition of the tank for crack/leaks/structural condition  

• If possible to check the outlet point, if this is to ground, we will check for any signs of leeching (indicates drainfield failure) 

• Provide a full report with photographs and any quotes should remedial works or replacement be required
